Scared of Horror Films? Here’s the Best Place Where You Can Watch Without Running, Screaming, or Getting Spooked.
So clever you’d be itching to try it.
I was 10 when I watched Linda Blair in The Exorcist.
You know what I’m talking about. The bed shake, head twist, HELP ME on the belly. And that scene on the stairs.😳 I was traumatized.
After that, I’ve pretty much stayed away from scary films, except forThe Ring (remember Sadako?) that I watched in high school.
But in the past decade, something changed.
I’ve been traveling a lot and taking long flights between Europe and Asia. I watched many films on these 13+ hour trips.
I tried one spooky flick and realized it wasn’t so bad. Then I moved on to TV series, then back to movies.
Zombies now have a special place in my heart, followed by aliens and haunted houses. 🧟♂️ 👽 🏠
World War Z, The Walking Dead, A Quiet Place, The Haunting of Hill House, and The Shining have become favorites. I still hate clowns, though. 🤡
Before I knew it, airplanes have become my secret couch to watch the eerie. And wow, I actually liked it.
