How to Be a Conscious Dabbler Without Wasting Time, Feeling Guilty, or Sabotaging Yourself

While many passions can be fun, careless dabbling can leave you confused, unfulfilled, or spinning. The solution?
Conscious dabbling. Try several interests with intention and a deadline, so you can learn, grow, and enjoy the process.
Here are some ways to maximize the benefits of dabbling:
#1 Know your WHY ❓
Keep things simple and be honest: Why am I doing this? (Whoever says “I don’t know” is lying. Everyone knows his/her why.)
A few years ago, I quit my 10-year career so I can try freelance writing. My why was, I want the freedom to travel whenever I want.
When I took piano lessons in my late 20s, the reason was: I want to know if I can be a good piano player. (I have no talent, btw. At least now I know 😆).
